Sales Consultant – Surgery & Biosurgery

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Surgery business as a field‑based Sales Consultant covering the German‑speaking region of Switzerland. You will work closely with surgeons, operating‑room teams and hospital stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class biosurgery solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, develop strategies to achieve sales targets for the Biosurgery portfolio.
• Provide product consultation, application support and clinical training to hospitals and operating‑room staff.
• Introduce new product innovations and drive adoption of existing lines.
• Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with surgeons, purchasing managers and key decision‑makers.

Required profile

• University degree (Uni/FH) with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or a clinical environment.
• Experience in orthopaedics, spine, neuro, cardiovascular or surgery sectors.
• Fluent German and English, strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
• Self‑driven, solution‑oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the region and familiarity with hospital procurement processes.
