Sales Consultant – Surgery & Biosurgery

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Surgery business as a Sales Consultant, focusing on the Biosurgery portfolio across the German‑speaking region of Switzerland. You will work directly with surgeons, operating‑room teams and hospital stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, developing strategies to achieve sales targets for the Biosurgery portfolio.
• Provide comprehensive product consultation and application support in surgical settings.
• Introduce new product innovations and drive adoption of existing lines.
• Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, purchasing managers and key decision‑makers.
• Grow market share across the German‑speaking region and ensure high‑quality clinical and technical support.

Required profile

• University degree (Uni/FH) with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or a clinical environment.
• Experience in orthopaedics, spine, neuro, cardiovascular or surgery.
• Fluent in German and English with strong customer orientation.
• Self‑driven, solution‑oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the region and familiarity with hospital procurement processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
