About the role
Planted is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth of its plant‑based meat portfolio across the Romandie region. The role is primarily remote, with frequent visits to gastronomic partners and strategic customers in the Lausanne area.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key foodservice partners and strategic accounts.
- Lead product tastings, negotiations, and sales visits while representing the Planted brand.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships to boost in‑store and out‑of‑store sales.
- Handle customer consultations, complaints, merchandising activities, and daily follow‑ups.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor market developments in the region.
Required profile
- Degree or professional training in gastronomy, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in food service, gastronomy, or FMCG.
- Native‑level French and fluent English communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly across Romandie.
- Independent, structured, and customer‑oriented mindset with an outgoing personality.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity.
