Join Nexans Switzerland as a Sales Manager based in Cortaillod. In this strategic commercial role you will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships with key customers, and expanding our presence across targeted market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within targeted markets.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key customers and decision‑makers.
• Develop customized commercial offers in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and manage contract discussions in line with company policies and local regulations.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent Nexans at trade fairs, customer events, and industry forums while ensuring effective follow‑up and reporting.

Required profile

• Commercial or technical education combined with successful experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven track record of developing customer relationships and generating business growth.
• Strong negotiation, pricing, and contract management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, including interactions with senior decision‑makers.
• Preference for fluency in German, French, and English.
