Sales Manager with Recruitment Experience

About the role

Eqip, founded in 2017 in Zurich, is a fast-growing enterprise-focused marketplace for external IT workforce and services, using SaaS-based IT supplier and vendor management tools. It works with professional staffing, integration and outsourcing firms and serves over 8,000 suppliers and over 200 clients globally. The company is looking for a Sales Manager with recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new customers
• Assist Key Account Managers with current clients and sales activities
• Carry out independent sales activities
• Maintain customer data in the CRM and report regularly to the Sales Director
• Develop new sales approaches within the team

Required profile

• 2-3 years of professional sales or sales support experience, in staffing or SaaS technology
• Independent and team-oriented work style
• Profound communication skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English and German; Swiss German is a plus
