Sales Representative - Air Cargo & Logistics (Hybrid)

About the role

Lufthansa Cargo is looking for a Sales Representative working in a hybrid model, remotely and in the office. You will drive revenue growth, develop customer relationships and acquire new business in the air cargo and logistics industry, managing quotations, pricing, bookings and capacity agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maximise revenue for assigned accounts
• Develop existing customer relationships and acquire new customers
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates and manage long-term capacity agreements
• Identify business opportunities through market analysis and proactive sales activities
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and sales events to promote Lufthansa Cargo's products and services
• Coordinate with Sales, Key Account Management, Revenue Management and Handling teams to develop tailored logistics solutions
• Promote digital services such as eAWB and other eServices
• Manage customer requests, bookings and follow-up on quotations
• Maintain accurate customer data and CRM records
• Support customer service processes, including claims and complaints

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, college degree or vocational training
• 2-3 years of experience in cargo, ideally in sales or within the transport and logistics industry
• Excellent written and spoken English and German
• Knowledge of airfreight, logistics, transportation or sales is an advantage

Required skills

• Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
