Sales Representative – Joint Reconstruction (Ticino area)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Representative for Joint Reconstruction in the Ticino area. The role focuses on promoting orthopaedic products and innovative technologies to surgeons and hospital staff, driving market adoption and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales and product advice in orthopaedics/joint reconstruction.
• Plan and organise field service activities and customer visits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR managers, buyers and other decision‑makers.
• Introduce product innovations and drive adoption of VELYS™ Robotics and related technologies.
• Organise training events and workshops for medical professionals.
• Achieve sales targets and market penetration goals.
• Represent the business unit at congresses and industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Strong sales‑driven mindset with excellent execution and negotiation skills.
• High customer orientation, result focus and ability to travel within the region.
• Independent, resilient, entrepreneurial personality.
• Fluent Italian (mandatory) and proficient English; German is a plus.
