Scientific Education Manager – Dental Solutions (EMEA)

About the role

As a Scientific Education Manager for Dental Solutions in the EMEA region, you will collaborate with leading clinicians, key opinion leaders, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality scientific education on Solventum’s dental materials and digital orthodontic products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, build and maintain relationships with external KOLs, clinicians, academic advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Support the creation of scientific content that reinforces evidence‑based education and strategic communications.
• Organise and deliver online and face‑to‑face educational programs across EMEA to train customers on safe and effective use of Solventum materials.
• Present clinical and technical information to Solventum teams, customers, professional associations and universities.
• Provide specialised clinical support to orthodontists, dentists and advisors on complex cases involving digitally designed orthodontic and restorative products, especially Clear Tray Aligners.
• Gather customer feedback and share clinical insights to enhance market awareness.

Required profile

• Strong background in dental or orthodontic clinical practice or scientific education.
• Proven ability to engage with KOLs and academic partners.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel across the EMEA region as needed.

Required skills

• Knowledge of digitally designed orthodontic and restorative products, including Clear Tray Aligners.
