Secrétaire médicale en chirurgie plastique (F/H)

About the role

The Hospital of Morges is seeking a dedicated Medical Secretary to support the Plastic Surgery department. You will act as the primary administrative liaison for surgeons, patients, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments, admissions, and discharge paperwork.
• Prepare and file medical records, ensuring compliance with Swiss regulations.
• Handle correspondence, phone calls, and email communications for the plastic surgery team.
• Coordinate surgical schedules, operating‑room logistics, and post‑operative follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate billing and coding information.

Required profile

• Formal training as a medical secretary or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum two years of medical secretarial experience in Switzerland, preferably in a surgical or plastic‑surgery setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and excellent written French orthography.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
• High degree of autonomy, flexibility, and team spirit.
