About the role

We are looking for experienced medical secretaries to join our replacement pool serving the canton of Geneva. You will work on short‑term assignments across various healthcare settings, including medical offices, clinics, and hospitals, providing essential administrative support to medical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients in person and by phone, ensuring a professional first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain medical agendas.
• Create, update, and file patient records accurately.
• Type and handle medical documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Perform administrative tasks required for the smooth operation of the service.

Required profile

• Formal training or proven experience in medical secretariat.
• Strong familiarity with the medical environment and terminology.
• Excellent organization, rigor, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to different work settings.
• Immediate availability for replacement missions.
