Secrétaire médicale – pool de remplacement

About the role

We are looking for an experienced medical secretary to join our replacement pool serving the canton of Neuchâtel. You will work on short‑term assignments across medical offices, clinics and hospitals, providing essential administrative support to healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and by phone, managing first contact.
• Schedule appointments and maintain medical calendars.
• Create and update patient files and ensure accurate documentation.
• Type and manage medical documents, including reports and correspondence.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses and other health professionals.
• Perform general administrative tasks required for the smooth operation of the service.

Required profile

• Formal training or proven experience as a medical secretary.
• Strong familiarity with medical environments and terminology.
• Excellent organization, rigor and ability to prioritize.
• Good interpersonal skills and adaptability to varied settings.
• Availability for short‑term replacement missions.
