Section Product Manager (Full-time)

About the role

As a Section Product Manager you will lead the Customer Experience strategy for the store, ensuring every touchpoint reflects operational excellence and brand standards. You will inspire the team, provide training, and model service that sets the benchmark for customer‑centric behaviour.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse KPIs, identify opportunities and adjust processes to enhance the customer journey.
• Guide and train the team, modelling the Energies method and service standards.
• Oversee budgets, maintain product and image standards, and drive improvements in store layout and processes.
• Shape experiences, refine operational flow and elevate team capabilities.
• Balance service, aesthetics and performance to create a high‑performing store environment.
