Security Operations Engineer

About the role

Kudelski Security is looking for a Security Operations Engineer to support a major client in Geneva. You will act as the primary security liaison between the client and Kudelski’s Security Operations Center, handling incident response and threat monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main security operations contact between the client and Kudelski Security.
• Investigate, coordinate, and respond to security incidents and escalations.
• Support ongoing threat monitoring, detection, and response activities.
• Administer, maintain, and optimize Palo Alto security solutions.
• Develop, tune, and improve detection content, correlation rules, and security use cases.
• Perform threat hunting and proactive security investigations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Security Operations, SOC, MDR, Incident Response, or Security Engineering.
• Strong customer‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
