Senior Account Manager Customer Support

About the role

Pilatus Aircraft is looking for a Senior Account Manager Customer Support to act as the trusted commercial interface between the company and its customers. The role manages customer contracts and supports complex programmes throughout their lifecycle, while driving cost control, profitability and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer contracts and support complex programmes throughout their lifecycle
• Drive cost control, profitability and guarantee risk management and contractual compliance
• Identify and secure new aftermarket business opportunities by leading commercial negotiations for new contracts and amendments
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer commitments

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, combined with at least 6 years of experience in the aerospace industry or a comparable sector
• Proven track record in account management, contract management and business development, with demonstrated success in driving customer growth
• Fluent English; additional languages are an asset
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong customer focus and a passion for delivering value to customers
