Senior Agile Coach / Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Consultant you will help clients make their delivery predictable by building high‑performing agile product teams. You will act as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or a combination of these roles, and also deliver training for teams and leaders through our Academy.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce and evolve agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and LeSS.
• Set up new product teams on client sites, support them and drive them towards high performance.
• Facilitate agile events, workshops and remove impediments sustainably.
• Provide hands‑on coaching for teams, Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions (in‑person, online or hybrid) and continuously improve training material.
• Bridge training with day‑to‑day client implementation through coaching and Q&A.
• Analyze delivery metrics, derive insights and report regularly to stakeholders.
• Resolve tooling questions, especially around Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.

Required profile

• Certification as Scrum Master, RTE and/or Product Owner (Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, SAFe).
• Several years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software or product development.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery, team development and servant leadership.
• Practical knowledge of software delivery and DevOps fundamentals (flow, CI/CD, quality).
• Experience in scaled agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums).
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within German‑speaking Switzerland.
