Senior AI Software Developer

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing FinTech company in Bern, is building AI‑driven platforms to modernise financial operations and improve customer experiences. As a Senior AI Software Developer you will design, develop and deliver scalable AI‑powered applications that run in the cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement backend services using Java and Python.
• Integrate large language models, generative AI and machine‑learning pipelines into production systems.
• Develop APIs, containerised micro‑services and CI/CD pipelines on Azure or AWS.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams in Agile squads.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall AI strategy.

Required profile

• Strong commercial software‑engineering experience, preferably in FinTech or related domains.
• Hands‑on experience delivering AI or machine‑learning solutions in production.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into code.
