Senior Analog Designer

About the role

We are partnering with a leading semiconductor client to find an experienced Senior Analog IC Designer for their ASIC development team. The role focuses on defining, architecting and designing low‑power analog and mixed‑signal ASICs, translating customer requirements into high‑performance silicon solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements, system use cases and performance objectives into detailed ASIC‑level specifications.
• Define and develop low‑power analog and mixed‑signal architectures, optimizing power, area, performance and cost.
• Design and verify analog IP such as amplifiers, voltage references, regulators, ADCs, DACs, oscillators and sensor interfaces.
• Conduct feasibility studies, evaluate trade‑offs and perform power‑budget analysis.
• Undertake schematic design, simulation, verification and post‑layout validation, and support silicon bring‑up and characterization.

Required profile

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in analog and mixed‑signal IC design.
• Strong expertise in low‑power CMOS design techniques and ASIC development.
• Experience with battery‑powered, industrial, automotive or medical applications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Cadence and/or Siemens EDA design tools.
• Deep understanding of analog design principles, including noise performance, reliability and semiconductor processes.
• Knowledge of sensor interfaces and advanced low‑power design architectures.
• Experience in mixed‑signal system integration and silicon validation.
