About the role

The Senior Service Analytics Analyst – EU & WWI partners with the Customer Experience & Services leadership team to provide strategic financial and operational insights. The role blends data from finance, operations, customers, and workforce to drive performance, scalability and profitability across multiple service functions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver integrated financial and operational analytics to identify performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Develop scenario, sensitivity and driver‑based models to evaluate strategic alternatives and support business decisions.
• Provide insights on revenue, cost‑to‑serve, margin, productivity, workforce capacity and customer performance.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, P&L analysis and variance analysis.
• Apply AI, automation and advanced analytics to accelerate insight generation and improve forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, analytics, data science, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analytics, FP&A, operational finance or data analytics.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, forecasting, budgeting, cost drivers and profitability analysis.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
