Senior Associate – Global Mobility & Immigration Consulting (Private & Internal Clients)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Global Mobility & Immigration Consulting team in Zurich. The role supports both private and internal clients, helping employees and business units navigate cross‑border moves, work authorisations and compliance with Swiss and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise internal employees, business stakeholders and human‑capital teams on global mobility and immigration matters to enable compliant international assignments.
• Provide end‑to‑end guidance throughout the mobility lifecycle, from planning and onboarding to assignment completion.
• Coordinate immigration and work‑authorization processes with authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with tax, payroll, reward and HR teams to align mobility processes with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of mobility programs, processes and technology solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, International Relations or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in global mobility, immigration or international employee mobility, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of global mobility compliance, immigration processes and cross‑border workforce considerations.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in German and English; French is an asset.
