Senior BI Analyst – Remote (Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Analyst to support data‑driven decision‑making across a global organization. Based in Switzerland and working fully remote, you will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards that give clear visibility into business and product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Automate reporting processes for business planning, budgeting, and P&L activities in collaboration with Finance.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting outputs.
• Investigate and resolve reporting issues, data discrepancies, and inconsistencies.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI and building business intelligence dashboards.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex analytical queries.
• Proven ability to work independently, own end‑to‑end analytical tasks and handle ambiguous requirements.
• Experience collaborating directly with internal stakeholders and finance teams.
