Senior Brand Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape and evolve a modern, cohesive brand identity for a globally distributed, fully remote organization. You will influence how the brand is perceived across digital campaigns, offline activations, and all touchpoints in multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end brand design projects from concept through final execution across digital and offline channels.
• Create visual assets such as landing pages, social media content, email designs, presentation decks, and sales materials.
• Develop and maintain brand systems to ensure consistency and modern visual expression.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of feedback and design excellence.
• Continuously refine design processes to achieve pixel‑perfect execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of brand design experience, preferably in high‑growth or innovative companies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern aesthetics and typographic expertise.
• Ability to manage projects independently from idea generation to delivery.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and team development.

• Deep understanding of brand systems and consistency across diverse outputs.
• Awareness of digital media platforms and design performance on social channels.
• Fluency with AI and automation tools for creative workflows.

What we offer

• Annual base salary between $116,250 and $130,750, depending on experience and location.
• Fully remote work with flexible hours.
