Senior Commercial Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high‑impact recruitment initiatives across Commercial, Operations and Support functions in Switzerland. This player‑coach position combines strategic influence with hands‑on execution, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver senior‑level hires.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for senior leadership, director‑level and business‑critical roles, including confidential searches.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using talent mapping, direct sourcing and market research.
• Partner with senior leaders to define hiring strategies, compensation, assessment criteria and location.
• Coach and support Talent Acquisition colleagues, resolve stalled searches and improve recruitment processes.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in Greenhouse, providing visibility to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering senior, complex hires in commercial or business functions, preferably in iGaming or FinTech.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• High degree of autonomy, accountability and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent judgment, discretion and communication skills for confidential appointments.

Required skills

• Advanced practical expertise in direct sourcing, candidate engagement and offer negotiation.
• Significant hands‑on experience using Greenhouse for workflow management and reporting.
• Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and market intelligence into actionable recommendations.
