Senior Construction Manager Building Services (m/f/d)

About the role

Exyte is looking for a senior construction manager for building services who enjoys leading construction sites, making clear decisions and taking full responsibility for the building services execution of large-scale projects from start to finish. The role involves overall responsibility for building services on complex projects and leadership of subcontractors, specialist planners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliant implementation according to applicable standards and GMP requirements
• Manage schedule, cost, risk and quality
• Lead variation order and claim negotiations
• Report regularly to the project management and construction management teams

Required profile

• Completed technical degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable engineering discipline
• At least 15 years of professional experience in Building Services Construction Management
• Experience in regulated industries such as Pharma/Biotech is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland

Required skills

• Strong technical expertise in relevant building services disciplines (industrial / building technology)
• Excellent German and English
• Strong leadership, assertiveness and communication skills
