Senior Consultant – Digital Health

About the role

Join EY's Digital Health Excellence Center in Switzerland to help improve health outcomes and patient experiences. You will work with national and international experts on strategy, IT‑driven transformations and digital health solution implementations for Swiss healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support go‑to‑market activities, business development and delivery of digital health projects.
• Create and maintain practice materials that reflect industry trends, emerging technologies and regulatory developments.
• Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring engagements deliver tangible value and support digital transformation of the Swiss healthcare landscape.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing, medicine, medical informatics, clinical IT or digital health.
• 3‑4 years of relevant experience, preferably with multidisciplinary or international teams and a solid understanding of the Swiss healthcare system.
• Fluency in English and at least one Swiss local language (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Knowledge of healthcare digital solutions such as HIS, EHR, CDR, LIMS, CDSS.
• Familiarity with interoperability standards and data models: HL7 FHIR, openEHR, OMOP, LOINC, SNOMED.
