Senior Consultant - Digital Health

About the role

EY is hiring a Senior Consultant for its Digital Health practice in Zurich. You will join the global Digital Health Excellence Center (DHEC), which works with local firms to improve health outcomes and patient experiences. As part of the Swiss firm, you will focus on the Swiss market and work alongside national and international experts in technology, business and healthcare, covering strategy, IT-driven business transformations and implementation of digital health solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Take an active part in go-to-market activities, business development and project delivery for healthcare clients.
• Develop and maintain materials for the Swiss healthcare practice that reflect industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies and market developments.
• Maintain and grow your professional network and build client relationships so engagements deliver tangible value and support the digital transformation of Swiss healthcare.
• Work with healthcare, business and technology experts to align solutions with market needs, keeping them patient-centric and compliant with healthcare standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as nursing, medicine, medical informatics, clinical IT or digital health.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, including work in multidisciplinary and/or international teams; healthcare professional or adjacent experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of the Swiss healthcare landscape and ability to connect clinical, regulatory, business and technology requirements.
• Fluent English and at least one Swiss local language, written and spoken; other languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with healthcare digital solutions (HIS, EHR, CDR, LIMS, CDSS) and interoperability standards and terminologies (HL7 FHIR, openEHR, OMOP, LOINC, SNOMED).
• Strong organization, self-management and communication skills with business, technical and medical audiences.
• Project management experience and familiarity with delivery methodologies are a plus.
