Senior Consultant - Digital Technology

About the role

OWT, a strategy and technology consulting firm partnering with Anthropic behind Alpha Factory, is strengthening its team of experts and looking for a Senior Digital Consultant based in Zurich. You will lead digital transformation across leading Swiss organizations, from defining digital strategy through to the design, development and deployment of tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of complex digital projects, coordinating internal and external teams such as developers, designers, business analysts and partners
• Drive all project phases and ensure delivery on time and within budget
• Mentor, coach and guide the delivery team, including third parties, throughout the project lifecycle
• Keep up to date on technology and market trends, promote innovation and act as an evangelist for important decisions and trends
• Support clients' digital transformation, from strategy definition and business process redesign to solution design, development and deployment
• Foster innovation internally and at clients and promote the use of AI across projects
• Contribute to business development, sales and client relationship management

Required profile

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in large-scale digital project management and digital strategy
• A Master's degree from a leading European university (EPFL, ETH, HEC, etc.), preferably in computer science, business or a scientific or technical field
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders from top management to operational teams
• Ability to balance strategic and tactical requirements
• Fluency in French and English (minimum C1); German is a plus

Required skills

• Agile, Scrum, SAFe or HERMES certifications are highly valued
• Strong interest in information systems, innovation, AI and emerging technologies
