Senior Consultant – Finance Data Transformation & AI

About the role

EY is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join its Business Consulting team in Switzerland, focusing on finance transformation, data, and AI. The role involves helping clients modernise finance functions using automation, analytics and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of finance transformation projects across industries.
• Analyse current finance processes, systems and data flows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate CFO challenges into digital, automation, analytics and AI‑enabled use cases.
• Develop dashboards, data models, automation workflows and prototypes using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, Power Automate, UiPath and GenAI.
• Contribute to project planning, stakeholder discussions, documentation and client presentations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, analytics, automation or related roles.
• Understanding of finance data structures, reporting requirements and CFO challenges.
• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field; professional finance qualifications are a plus.
