Über die Position

Die headcount AG sucht einen Senior CQV Engineer für ein temporäres Engagement. Die Stelle umfasst die Verantwortung für Commissioning, Qualification und Validation (CQV) von pharmazeutischem Prozessequipment, insbesondere Lyophilisatoren, Isolatoren und GMP-Waschanlagen.

Hauptaufgaben

Commissioning, Qualification und Validation von pharmazeutischem Prozessequipment planen, durchführen und dokumentieren
User Requirement Specifications (URS) und technische Spezifikationen erstellen und prüfen
Projekte von Concept/Basic Design bis zur Qualifizierung begleiten
DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ und OQ planen, durchführen und dokumentieren
Equipment Designs, Lieferantendokumentationen und GMP-Anforderungen bewerten
Mit Engineering, Automation, QA und externen Lieferanten zusammenarbeiten
Equipment Packages koordinieren und Projektmeilensteine sicherstellen

Anforderungsprofil

Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior CQV Engineer, Qualification Engineer oder Equipment SME im GMP-Umfeld
Erfahrung mit DSP-Equipment, idealerweise Lyophilisatoren, Isolatoren oder Waschanlagen
Technischer Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fliessende Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse

Erforderliche Kenntnisse

Equipment Qualification, Commissioning und URS-Erstellung
GMP-Anforderungen, EU GMP Annex 1/15 und risikobasierte Qualifizierung
Pharmazeutische CAPEX-Projekte, ab Concept/Basic Design
