Senior Cyber Security Architect

About the role

PwC Switzerland is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager, Senior Cyber Security Architect, to join its Cybersecurity unit and help evolve its cyber transformation practice. You will work within a global network of experts and guide the design and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity architectures for clients, covering areas such as Cloud, OT, Zero Trust, Data and Network.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver robust, scalable and future-proof security architectures for a diverse client base, acting as lead security architect on projects
• Assess client cybersecurity posture and give strategic recommendations aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements
• Take part in large-scale business and cyber transformation programs, working with client IT, risk and compliance teams
• Conduct security risk assessments and threat modeling to guide architecture decisions
• Take part in proposals, client presentations and workshops, explaining complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Build a client network and coach and develop team members

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in information security architecture, including at least 4 years in security architecture
• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Business IT or a related field
• Fluent English; German or French is a plus

Required skills

• Knowledge of Cloud, Network, Zero Trust, Data Protection or related domains
• Certifications such as CISSP, SABSA, CISM, TOGAF or CCSP are highly desirable
• Experience with DevSecOps and security tool implementation is a strong plus
• Strong communication, presentation and mentoring skills, and the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
