Senior DevOps Engineer – Intelligent AV Platform

About the role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer on the intelligent AV team, you will join the iAV Platform group to help build the next generation of audio‑video systems for meeting spaces and smart buildings. You will work closely with software, robotics and machine‑learning engineers to accelerate delivery of high‑quality software through robust automation and cloud‑edge infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and evolve CI/CD tooling, pipelines and testing frameworks (GitLab, GitHub).
• Maintain and optimise cloud runners in Google Cloud and Azure for fast, reliable releases.
• Collect and analyse development metrics to improve pipeline speed, reliability and efficiency.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform, Bicep and Ansible.
• Integrate security checks (SAST, SCA, DAST) into the delivery pipeline.
• Mentor engineers, promote automation and continuous improvement across the team.
• Contribute to platform and product features focusing on deployment, scalability and security.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in software development environments, with at least 5 years in DevOps, Build & Release or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong data‑driven problem‑solving mindset and passion for reducing friction in development.
