Senior Director Supply Planning and IBP (m/f/d)

About the role

Mondelēz International is looking for a Senior Director of Supply Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to oversee supply planning for product families within a business unit. The role covers the supply review process and coordination with cross-functional teams, and is performed under the regional business model of Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a supply planning team responsible for the category/business unit supply planning review within the integrated business planning process for Europe.
• Lead the monthly supply review, facilitating the category/business unit review with stakeholders in the integrated supply chain function.
• Secure business agreement on the supply of the plan, capacity constraints, raw and pack risks and their costs for the next 12-18 months.
• Support the 18-36 month strategic capacity plan and investment in line with the manufacturing roadmap.
• Support interaction with demand planning, manufacturing, business development and finance.
• Build, inspire and develop a planning organization of about 300 people, including other directors, in a high-performance environment.
• Drive continuous capability building, including implementing o9 technology and AI.

Required profile

• Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience and strong business acumen, ideally in an FMCG/CPG environment.
• Significant experience driving supply reviews and participating in an IBP cycle.
• Willingness to learn new ways of working and to use data and systems hands-on.
• Strategic agility, project maturity and tact, and strong senior leadership and team-building skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of leading practice demand planning and supply chain concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with supply planning, MPS, scheduling and MRP.
