Senior Engineer - Structural Analysis

About the role

Join an innovative aircraft manufacturer as a Senior Engineer focused on structural analysis of metallic aircraft components. You will work on both primary and secondary structures, ensuring compliance with CS‑23 certification requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform classical stress analyses and finite element analyses (FEA) for metallic aircraft structures.
• Develop stress reports, structural substantiation documents, test plans and test reports to support certification activities.
• Support compliance demonstration in line with CS‑23 requirements and collaborate with design, certification and multidisciplinary teams.
• Interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders and airworthiness authorities throughout development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in aerospace stress analysis, preferably with metallic aircraft structures.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1) and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with FEA tools such as NASTRAN and FEMAP.
• Knowledge of CS‑23 certification requirements, especially for cabin or cockpit structures.
