Senior Finance Analyst – New Business

About the role

Starting 1 October 2026 Coca‑Cola HBC Switzerland will distribute Brown‑Forman’s premium spirits portfolio, creating a new growth platform. We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst – New Business to act as the strategic finance partner for commercial teams and brand owners, driving profitability and supporting product launches across the Swiss market.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial teams and brand owners, providing financial insights to support growth, profitability and strategic decisions.
• Lead category profitability analysis and deliver insights for management reviews and strategic initiatives.
• Own the finance contribution to annual planning, rolling forecasts and monthly close, translating results into clear business actions.
• Develop financial models for new products and growth opportunities, and enhance reporting dashboards and KPIs.
• Monitor commercial investments, assess ROI, and ensure disciplined resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; ACCA, CFA or CIMA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, category finance, FP&A or business controlling, preferably in FMCG or alcoholic beverages.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the confidence to challenge and influence decisions.
