Senior Finance Manager – Global Planning, Sourcing & Logistics (EMEA, Canada, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead finance activities for the Global Planning, Sourcing & Logistics (GPS&L) function across EMEA, Canada and LATAM. The role partners directly with the VP of Supply Chain and the regional supply‑chain leadership team to drive financial performance, strategic planning and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as strategic finance partner to the VP of Supply Chain and regional leadership.
• Lead annual operating and strategic planning, as well as routine financial forecasting.
• Prepare and present financial results and strategy to global and regional finance and supply‑chain teams.
• Provide financial valuation, controllership and value‑realization for projects, including cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Execute month‑end close activities and ensure timely, accurate reporting in line with Edwards policies.
• Oversee regional inventory accounting, E&O governance and related processes.
• Identify, design and implement finance process improvements and simplifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field; MBA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum ten years of experience in accounting, corporate finance or related functions.
• Strong business‑partnering ability with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
