Senior Finance Manager, MTO

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to support Manufacturing & Technical Operations within Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. The role will design and implement future‑state finance processes, data, and technology solutions across the global manufacturing network.

Key responsibilities

• Represent IMSC site finance in the design and deployment of future‑state process, data and technology solutions.
• Leverage technical accounting and manufacturing finance system expertise (ERP, Anaplan) to influence COGS analytics capabilities.
• Champion simplification, standardisation and automation of finance processes.
• Provide change‑management assessments and support implementation plans.
• Act as primary liaison between IMSC site finance and IMFT teams, ensuring alignment and communication.
• Coordinate across global Innovative Medicine manufacturing sites to capture finance perspectives and identify gaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA, CPA, CMA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of finance or related business experience.
• Experience in Innovative Medicine manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, influence change and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
