Senior Financial Analyst – Global Travel Retail

About the role

Reporting to the Business Analytics Director within the Global Travel Retail team, you will act as a key financial business partner, delivering insights on profitability and long‑term value creation. You will lead deep financial reviews, steer trade‑terms analysis and bring an external industry perspective to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed P&L reviews and ongoing follow‑up for each travel‑retail operator, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Lead monitoring and analysis of trade terms, assessing their impact on margins and integrating findings into a dedicated financial tool.
• Manage selected workstreams of the cross‑regional Sustainable Profit project, tracking financial objectives and delivering results to senior management.
• Monitor industry and competitor performance, providing forward‑looking financial perspectives for strategic planning.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• Approximately 7 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in travel retail or luxury.
• Proven ability to lead complex analyses and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Strong collaborative mindset and clear, impactful communication skills.
