Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join The North Face FP&A team in Stabio, Switzerland. The role focuses on P&L planning, forecasting, and analysis of sales and margin to drive revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial planning and forecasting tools, ensuring consistency and accuracy of figures submitted to Corporate.
• Load actuals and forecasts into the BPC system and deliver ad‑hoc reports for senior management.
• Analyse channel performance, trends and dynamics, especially within wholesale channels and major accounts.
• Support SG&A COE with profit analysis and ensure alignment between financial and commercial targets.
• Partner with Planning, Merchandising and Operations on the budget and five‑year rolling financial plan.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or controlling with a strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills and ability to work with non‑finance stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional EU language preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, COGNOS and BPC reporting tools.
