Senior HR Partner

About the role

Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a detail‑oriented Sr. HR Partner to join its Regional EU HR Team, supporting operations in Switzerland and Germany. In this position you will deliver high‑quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with local regulations, and partner closely with managers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations for Switzerland and Germany.
• Support the full employee life‑cycle, including onboarding, benefits, absences and off‑boarding.
• Act as a trusted contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
• Collaborate with the HR Operations team on process improvements and Workday projects.
• Ensure compliance with local labour law, company policies and internal processes.
• Support end‑to‑end recruiting activities for the assigned locations.

Required profile

• Solid experience in an HR environment.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss and German employment regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Experience with HR systems; Workday knowledge is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
