Senior IC Design Engineer – RF & mmWave

About the role

As part of a fast‑moving team, the senior engineer will develop broadband RF circuits up to millimetre‑wave frequencies for optical coherent applications. The role requires architecting, designing and laying‑out SiGe and silicon‑based ICs that operate above 30 GHz.

Key responsibilities

• Design, layout and verification of IC sub‑blocks in the multi‑GHz range.
• Collaborate with test and application engineers throughout the product cycle.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of SiGe bipolar IC design or RF CMOS and solid analog design fundamentals.
• Experience in mmWave, RF and analog integrated‑circuit design, including 30+ Gbps transimpedance amplifiers and linear modulator drivers (plus).
• Ability to support product characterization and guide a design from concept through release.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and management audiences.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Educational background: B.S. + 5 years IC design, M.S. + 2 years, or Ph.D. + 1 year.
