Senior Information Technology Support Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality IT support to over 1,000 users, including trading floor and VIP support.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft technologies such as Windows, Office 365, Intune and Active Directory.
• Support business‑critical trading platforms including Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon and ICE.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Support laptops, mobile devices, meeting‑room technology and video‑conferencing solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Manage IT assets, stock levels and device lifecycle activities.

Required profile

• Experience in Service Desk, End‑User Support or IT Support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Active Directory.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
