Senior Installation Supervisor

About the role

As a Senior Installation Supervisor at Bühler you will lead a team of technicians responsible for the installation of large and complex projects (X‑BU, type A). You will ensure that installations are carried out safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with engineering specifications and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and execute installation supervision for assigned projects.
• Ensure all personnel are familiar with site‑specific safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor construction progress against the program and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Conduct daily and weekly coordination meetings with Bühler staff and subcontractors.
• Provide regular updates to the Site Manager and Project Manager.
• Report deviations from the contract and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Chief Installation Supervisor or equivalent.
• Broad technical and commercial knowledge across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Strong planning, organising and priority‑setting abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with sound judgment and problem‑solving skills.
