About the role

Join Zurich Group Audit as a Senior Internal Auditor to help shape the transformation of Zurich’s audit function. You will work on high‑quality audits for the P&C and Life Insurance business, leveraging data, technology and AI to deliver impactful insights.

Key responsibilities

Plan, scope and execute audits, assessing key risks and evaluating design and operating effectiveness.
Develop clear, impactful reporting and issue summaries for stakeholders in Switzerland.
Collaborate with audit colleagues to design data‑driven audit approaches, assess IT fundamentals and incorporate GenAI.

Required profile

Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or professional qualifications such as CIA, CPA (actuarial preferred).
At least 4 years of experience in internal audit, risk management or compliance within insurance or financial services.
Strong understanding of internal audit standards, methodology and control frameworks.

Required skills

Data analytics and practical AI applications.
IT fundamentals assessment.
Project management with fluent English and very good German.
