Senior Internal Auditor – Risk & Assurance

About the role

The Internal Auditor Senior Manager will support L’OCCITANE Group’s transformation by advancing its assurance and risk management program. Reporting to the Group Director of Internal Audit, you will work across subsidiaries, manufacturing, distribution and retail operations, with up to 40% travel.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Group risk assessment process and develop the annual audit plan.
• Execute risk‑based audit engagements globally, including manufacturing, distribution and retail.
• Draft and present clear audit reports with actionable recommendations to local and Group management.
• Supervise monitoring of action plans and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate external auditors and consultants on specific assignments.
• Participate in large‑scale projects such as business expansion, digital transformation and change management, and engage in fraud investigations when required.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Audit, Controls, Risks, Engineering, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of internal audit experience in a management role, preferably in an international FMCG or cosmetics environment.
• Fluent in French and English; additional language is a strong asset.
• Strong knowledge of operational auditing, risk management, internal controls and accounting.
• Pragmatic, hands‑on attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP and data‑analysis tools.
