Senior Loyalty & CRM Specialist – EMEA

About the role

As a Senior Loyalty & CRM Specialist for the EMEA region, you will lead the strategic development, optimisation and execution of loyalty and CRM programmes for the Lee and Wrangler brands. You will drive customer retention, increase lifetime value and deliver personalised experiences across marketing, e‑commerce and retail touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define, launch and nurture a loyalty programme that boosts retention, advocacy and revenue.
• Own the CRM roadmap across digital and physical Direct‑to‑Consumer channels.
• Manage the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to enable advanced segmentation and personalisation while ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Design, execute and monitor email and SMS campaigns, customer journeys and automated workflows such as welcome series, win‑back and rewards programmes.
• Track CRM and loyalty KPIs, conduct A/B tests, optimise campaigns and present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with brand, e‑commerce and creative teams to ensure consistent omni‑channel messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience in loyalty and CRM strategy within a consumer‑facing brand.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally across regions.
