About the role
The Senior Manager / Associate Director, EHDS Data Cataloguing leads the operational and technical workstream for identifying, classifying, and maintaining health data within the European Health Data Space for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the EHDS Data Inventory and Cataloguing workstream, coordinating data owners across functions.
- Establish and maintain a complete inventory of in‑scope datasets, including ownership, EHDS category, and metadata.
- Apply and maintain classification approaches and metadata standards such as HealthDCAT‑AP.
- Develop guidance, decision frameworks, and controls for consistent cataloguing across geographies.
- Support legal and regulatory assessment of data holder positions and drive remediation of gaps.
- Define SOPs, training, quality controls and performance measures for data inventory and cataloguing.
Required profile
- Advanced degree in a scientific, technology, data, or healthcare discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or data‑related roles such as data management, data standards, or data governance.
- Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and embed sustainable data processes.
