Senior Manager – Business Tax Advisory (Swiss & International Tax)

About the role

Deloitte is hiring a Manager for its growing corporate tax team in Lausanne or Geneva, working 80-100% of the time. You will advise clients on Swiss and international tax matters, covering Swiss tax, international tax (including key US tax principles and EU directives) and Pillar 2, and help clients navigate the evolving Swiss and international tax landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Swiss and international tax advisory projects, advising clients across a range of industries on complex tax matters.
• Oversee the delivery of Swiss tax compliance services for large multinational enterprises and support the coordination of their global tax compliance obligations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Deloitte's international network to deliver coordinated, high-quality solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop junior colleagues, supporting their professional growth and promoting a collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master in a relevant field, with the Swiss tax expert diploma or similar (e.g. LLM Swiss and International Taxation).
• At least five to six years of tax advisory experience with international clients and the ability to handle complex tax matters confidently.
• Curious, proactive and motivated, with a talent for building trusted client relationships and an established professional network in Switzerland.
• Fluent French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
