Senior Manager E2E Planning Excellence

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager & Global Process Lead for End-to-End (E2E) Planning to own and evolve global planning standards, capabilities and adoption across the Integrated Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain global E2E Planning standards, governance frameworks and performance metrics.
• Lead process transformation initiatives, maintain planning playbooks and training materials.
• Champion scenario planning, inventory monitoring, demand risk management and Integrated Business Planning integration.
• Build and lead global communities of practice and partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Technology and Digital teams.
• Guide development of training programs and benchmark industry‑leading planning practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Integrated Business Planning or End‑to‑End Planning.
• Proven track record leading global process improvement, capability‑building and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong influencing and communication skills, fluent in English, and ability to work across global time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with planning platforms such as OMP, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan or similar.
• Familiarity with AI, advanced analytics, automation and digital planning solutions.
