Senior Manager – Global Business Services

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Global Business Services (GBS) engagements for a portfolio of Swiss clients. You will shape market visibility, drive client relationships and deliver end‑to‑end GBS solutions across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong client relationships to enhance market visibility and client experience.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, advising senior stakeholders on strategic issues and global trends.
• Design and deliver comprehensive GBS solutions, leading business development and project execution.
• Oversee project delivery in line with quality guidelines and PwC methodologies.
• Contribute to practice development and source impactful projects across sectors such as Pharma, Financial Services, Retail, Industrial Products and Public Services.
• Develop GBS strategies and roadmaps, centralising transformations to improve efficiency and control.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in the GBS/Outsourcing industry.
• Deep knowledge of the Swiss market with established client relationships.
• At least 10 years of consulting experience, including pipeline building, project management and team leadership.
• Proven track record in GBS set‑ups and transformations, especially in shared‑services functions (Procurement, Supply Chain, FP&A, HR, IT).
• Ability to adapt, take ownership and lead senior stakeholder engagements.
