Senior Manager, Medical Excellence, International

About the role

You will report to the Director of Medical Excellence & Operations, International and work closely with International Medical Affairs, Field Medical, Clinical Development, Commercial, Legal and Regulatory teams to strengthen medical excellence across BridgeBio. The role leads medical excellence initiatives such as scientific communications, field medical, training and other priorities as the business evolves.

Key responsibilities

• Support development of scientific communication plans from an international perspective, collaborating with Medical Directors and brand teams.
• Create high‑quality scientific and medical education content for congresses, symposia, advisory boards and internal training, ensuring alignment with medical strategy.
• Partner with Legal, Regulatory and Medical reviewers to guarantee accurate, balanced and compliant communications through the MLR process.
• Design and deliver onboarding, training and continuous learning programs for Medical Affairs, building scientific and therapeutic capability.
• Manage relationships with medical communications agencies, writers and vendors to ensure on‑time, on‑budget deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or related field; advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc) preferred.
• 7+ years of Medical Affairs experience in biotech/pharma, including scientific/medical communications, field medical or medical training.
• Strong scientific writing and editing ability to translate complex data into clear audience‑appropriate materials.
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing external vendors and navigating MLR reviews.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
