Senior Manager of Copy and Brand Storytelling

About the role

This senior creative position is responsible for shaping a brand’s voice across all touchpoints, from campaigns and social media to retail and partnerships, ensuring the brand is impossible to ignore.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the brand voice across campaigns, product launches, social, retail, partnerships, and other customer touchpoints.
• Mentor a Junior Copywriter through creative direction, feedback, and coaching.
• Write scripts for TV, social, digital, and emerging formats.
• Create campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, naming, brand narratives, and other creative platforms.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Art, Creative, and Brand leadership to develop new brands, positioning, and launch strategies.
• Partner with Legal, Retail, Growth, and E‑commerce teams to ensure compliant, compelling storytelling across all channels.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in brand storytelling, copywriting, advertising, editorial, or entertainment.
• Sharp, distinctive, naturally funny voice with ability to use comedy and wit appropriately.
• Experience at a senior creative level within a CPG brand, agency, startup, or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and integrated 360° campaign work.
• Ability to mentor writers and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Experience creating language for integrated campaigns.
• Comfort working in fast‑moving environments and experimenting with AI tools.
